How to Return

- We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply Download and Print and send us along with the return package.
- We don’t charge return shipping fee. The cost of return is 0.00 GBP.
- Fitnesshape does not charge any restocking fee. We believe in hassle-free returns, so you can send an item back without worrying about hidden fees.
Refunds
- After we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
- We don’t offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
