  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply Download and Print and send us along with the return package.
  3. We don’t charge return shipping fee. The cost of return is 0.00 GBP.
  4. Fitnesshape does not charge any restocking fee. We believe in hassle-free returns, so you can send an item back without worrying about hidden fees.
Refunds
  • After we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
  • We don’t offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
